The HI-98331 Professional Pocket Soil Meter (Direct Soil Conductivity and Temperature Test) is used by professionals placing it directly into the soil to test for nutrient or fertilizer levels, the HI-98331 takes the guesswork out of feeding and tending during key growing periods.
This special pocket tester is designed to directly measure soil conductivity and temperature. With a temperature sensor incorporated into the penetration probe, readings are automatically temperature compensated. Conductivity range can be calibrated in an aqueous solution with a single calibration point.
Main benefits:
- Robust yet lightweight and portable construction
- Temperature sensor contained within the penetration probe
- Conductivity range can be calibrated in aqueus solution with single calibration
- Allows you to check the EC of each plant from inside the growing medium
- Check plants individually for greater control
- Prevent salt build up inside the pots
- Prevent underfeeding
- Probe has built in temperature sensor, EC readings are automatically temperature compensated
- Also gives temperature reading from inside the pots
- Easy 1 point calibration
- Takes 4 x 1.5v batteries (included).
HI-98331 is supplied with:
- HI-73331 penetration conductivity probe, (x4)
- 1.5V batteries, and>/li>
- full instruction manual.
