Delivery Times

Customer service is very important to us and consequently we try to ensure the most efficient delivery times possible for goods on your order. To avoid the possibility of "in transit" deterioration of biological controls, these items are sent out only at certain times of the week to avoid them sitting in Royal Mail sorting offices/carrier distribution centres. Consequently, delivery times for biological controls may appear to be somewhat protracted. If you need your biological control urgently please contact us to discuss your requirements.

To avoid undue cost, and unless otherwise requested, all goods are sent out on the most economical carrier this may be by Royal Mail (or similar) for small packages or 3 day carrier for bulky/heavy packages. There will be additional costs for goods requested to be sent "Next Day" or similar service.

Please note that at busy times despatch date of Growing Tunnels may be 7days

Post & packing

It is not our intention to make money on packing & carriage.

For simplicity and to help you calculate the cost of delivery, our shipping charges for goods are based on order value.

For orders:

Up to £30, delivery is £3.83 + VAT £0.67 = £4.50

£31 - £60, delivery is £5.53 + VAT £0.97 = £6.50

£61 - £100, delivery is £6.38 + VAT £1.12 = £7.50

Over £100, delivery is free

Please note the following section from our Terms & Conditions:

Delivery

1. Delivery of the products shall be made by the Seller or his agent notifying the Buyer that the products are available for collection at the Sellers premises or for delivery to such place as the Buyer may specify at the time the order is placed.
2. The Seller shall use his reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery.
3. We do not normally deliver on weekends and Bank Holidays (though we may be able to arrange this - please ask for details - there would be an additional cost for this service if applicable).
4. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence.
5. The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.
6. All orders for delivery to addresses within UK incur charges unless specified otherwise
7. Generally, where an order contains more than one item all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available.
